Enterprise User Experience Design

At Accenture, I worked as a User Experience Designer, contributing to a range of fast-paced, enterprise-level projects that spanned desktop, kiosk, and mobile platforms. This experience gave me valuable insights into how enterprise design works and taught me the intricacies of collaboration with cross-functional teams—PMs, stakeholders, developers, testers, and fellow designers.

I became adept at balancing user needs with business constraints and ensuring seamless developer handoff, all while keeping usability and user-centered design at the forefront.

While I can't showcase exact designs due to confidentiality, here are some highlights from the projects I was proud to contribute to:

Personalizing Dashboards with Data Visualization

Designing dashboards for enterprise users presented an opportunity to dive deep into the world of data visualization. I collaborated closely with stakeholders to understand user personas and identify what personalized content or metrics would add the most value. The challenge was to create a dashboard that was not just functional but intuitive and visually compelling. By introducing features like interactive graphs, tailored content sections, and adaptive layouts, we elevated the user experience for different user types, from managers seeking high-level insights to daily users who needed actionable data.

Redefining Client Microsites

One of the challenges I faced was structuring content-heavy client microsites to cater to diverse user groups. Each site hosted on different domains had unique goals and audiences, requiring careful consideration of information architecture and visual hierarchy. My role was to find innovative ways to present dense data interactively—whether through collapsible modules, dynamic charts, or progressive disclosure mechanisms—while staying aligned with development feasibility. These designs not only made the content more engaging but also enhanced the end-user's ability to find relevant information quickly and intuitively.

Evolving Kiosk Design Systems

As part of an initiative to enhance kiosk design systems, I worked on updating component libraries and redefining component anatomy to streamline both design and development workflows. This included leveraging auto-layout features in Figma to introduce more flexibility for designers, enabling quicker iterations and better scalability. On the developer side, I restructured component annotations and documentation, ensuring that handoffs were seamless and any design intent was clearly communicated. These updates significantly improved the team's ability to maintain consistency and adaptability across multiple kiosk-based applications.
